This notice explains the current CalmlyDone beta. Please remove private or confidential information before using any tool.
Account information we keep
To run the free beta fairly, CalmlyDone stores your normalized email address, a salted password hash, hashed session identifiers with expiration dates, and daily tool-use counts. We never store your plain-text password.
Your account information is used to sign you in, protect the service, and enforce the displayed daily allowance. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
Text and drafts
CalmlyDone does not save the text you submit or the drafts it generates in its own database. Device-only progress counts, such as tasks completed and estimated time saved, remain in your browser and can be cleared inside the app or through your browser settings.
One-time preview and product feedback
If you try a quick tool without an account, an essential browser cookie remembers only that the one-time preview was used. It does not contain your submitted text, result, name, or email.
After a completed AI result, CalmlyDone stores a random feedback identifier, the type of tool used, the general source channel that brought the visit, whether the task was anonymous or signed in, timestamps, and—only if you answer—whether the result was helpful. Submitted text and generated results are never stored with this feedback.
Simple visit counts
CalmlyDone keeps daily totals by page and broad source category, such as direct, Google, or Bing. These totals help us see which free tools people can find. We do not store IP addresses, exact referring web addresses, submitted text, or generated drafts with these visit counts. Your own visits may be included.
When live AI is enabled
Your submitted text is sent securely from the CalmlyDone server to OpenAI so a response can be generated. Requests are made with response storage disabled. OpenAI may still retain content in abuse-monitoring logs under its applicable API data policy. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models unless the account owner opts in.

What not to enter
- Passwords, verification codes, Social Security numbers, or account numbers
- Payment card, bank, gift-card, or cryptocurrency credentials
- Private medical, legal, employment, or client records
- Content you do not have permission to use

The safety tool links to the US Federal Trade Commission. That website has its own privacy practices.
Your account choices
You may ask us to delete your beta account and its associated usage records by emailing the support address below from the email used for the account. Self-service deletion, email verification, and password reset will be added before paid plans are offered.
